Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Collections Services Advisor to join our team in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities
- Contact customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to follow up on overdue rental accounts and facilitate payments
- Maintain accurate data entry of account information, payment histories, and collection activities within our Property Management System
- Analyse account data to identify delinquency patterns and develop effective strategies for debt recovery
- Collaborate with internal teams such as accounts payable and property management to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
- Conduct telemarketing efforts to encourage prompt payments while maintaining professional phone etiquette
- Prepare detailed reports on collection activities, account statuses, and escalation procedures for management review
- Support the implementation of collection policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance
- Oversee possession proceedings and work with the relevant legal counsel to ensure appropriate escalation steps are taken
Requirements
- Proven experience in collections, accounts payable, or related roles
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with customers professionally
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated
Desirable
- Knowledge of the private rented housing and associated possession processes

Pay: £25,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
