Broadreach is expanding its specialist manufacturing team and is looking for experienced Contract Cabinet Makers and Bench Joiners to join us on a long-term basis.
Rather than moving from short-term project to short-term project, you'll become part of a dedicated Broadreach team embedded within the workshop of one of our prestigious clients, manufacturing exceptional bespoke furniture for luxury residential and commercial interiors.
This is an opportunity to focus on what you do best—producing first-class craftsmanship—while Broadreach takes care of securing the work.
The Work
You'll be manufacturing high-quality bespoke cabinetry and fitted furniture from technical drawings through to completed assemblies.
Projects regularly include:
- Luxury kitchens
- Bespoke dressing rooms
- Media walls and entertainment units
- Libraries and fitted furniture
- Architectural joinery
- High-end residential interiors
- Premium commercial and hospitality fit-outs
Every project demands precision, attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
Your Responsibilities
As part of the Broadreach manufacturing team you will:
- Manufacture bespoke cabinetry to an exceptional standard.
- Read and interpret detailed technical and production drawings.
- Work confidently with hardwoods, veneers, MDF, laminates and premium sheet materials.
- Assemble and prepare furniture ready for finishing or installation.
- Carry out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
- Work closely with our client's workshop team to maintain productivity and quality.
- Represent Broadreach professionally whilst working within our client's facility.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from experienced Cabinet Makers, Bench Joiners and Furniture Makers who have:
- Proven experience manufacturing bespoke furniture or architectural joinery.
- The ability to work independently from technical drawings.
- Excellent workshop skills and a strong eye for detail.
- Pride in producing work of the highest quality.
- Experience within luxury residential, yacht interiors, shopfitting or bespoke furniture manufacturing would be highly advantageous.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of an established workshop team.

Pay: £15.00-£23.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chester, Cheshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
