As one of the UK's most respected automotive retailers and one of Porsche's longest-standing partners in the UK, Dick Lovett is seeking an exceptional senior leader to take overall responsibility for Porsche Centre Tewkesbury.
More than a Centre Principal role, this is an opportunity to influence both Centre and Group performance as part of a highly regarded senior leadership team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of the business, leading a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sustainable commercial growth, while upholding the values and standards that define Porsche and Dick Lovett.
Strategic Leadership

Develop and deliver the Centre's business strategy in line with Group objectives.

Create and implement annual business plans covering commercial performance, people development, customer experience and operational excellence.

Identify opportunities for sustainable growth while protecting and enhancing the Porsche brand.

Build strong relationships with Porsche Cars Great Britain and other key stakeholders.
Commercial Performance

Drive outstanding performance across every area of the Centre, delivering ambitious targets in new and Porsche Approved vehicle sales, aftersales, parts, finance and insurance, customer satisfaction and profitability.

Take full accountability for the Centre's financial performance, including P&L responsibility.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity and business performance to maximise opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.

About You
You will be an accomplished automotive leader with a proven track record of delivering outstanding commercial results within a premium or prestige environment.
You will bring:

Significant experience as a Head of Business, Centre Principal, General Manager or in a comparable senior dealership leadership role.

A strong understanding of luxury retail and the expectations of discerning customers.

A proven history of delivering sustainable profitability, growth and operational excellence.
