Job Purpose
The Operations Administrator will provide effective administrative and operational support across Quiligotti Terrazzo Tiles' manufacturing and logistics operations.
The role will be responsible for assisting in engineering and maintenance requirements, supporting logistics and purchasing administration, maintaining ISO and quality documentation, supporting when required production planning, and providing day-to-day administrative support to the manufacturing and logistics teams.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and commercially aware, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy manufacturing environment. They will work closely with production, engineering, warehouse, logistics and management to ensure that the operation runs efficiently and that information, materials and documentation are available when required.
This is a hands-on operational role and will suit someone who enjoys working within a manufacturing environment rather than being solely office-based.
Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
