Hotel Endsleigh, owned by Olga Polizzi, is a beautiful, 21 bedroom, Grade I listed country house hotel set in 108 acres of woodland and gardens.
We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
- Collect and wash-up pots and pans.
- Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
- Unload food and equipment deliveries.
- Keep the storeroom and fridges/freezers clean and organised.
- Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
- Assisting the kitchen team with the preparation of food.
It is vital that you have the ability to work well and safely in a busy, fast-paced environment.
