Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator specialising in Core Dressing and Coating to join our manufacturing team.
Core production is the foundation from which all our products are derived and is a key part of our business. The dressing & coating operator should take responsibility for ensuring that the cores are manufactured, finished, and tested to the specifications required. This role should also work collaboratively as part of our team.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery involved in core dressing and coating processes with precision and adherence to safety protocols. Including slitting cores using a pre programmed cnc machine.
- Performing the Inlac coating process for all incoming strip material
- Preparation of cores for coating processes
- Coating of cores with appropriate treatments as required.
- Packing cores ready for next process
- Final test of cores using dedicated test equipment.
- Any other duties as required to support the team.

- Must be enthusiastic and willing to work.
- Must be a team player and able to work in other areas of the factory when required.
- Must be able to work autonomously.
- Must have good hand eye coordination.
- Must be reliable and have good time keeping.
