Position: Finance Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Location: Labman HQ, Seamer, North Yorkshire
Salary: £29,000 pro rated
Employment Type: Part-Time (25 hours per week) | Fixed-Term Maternity Cover | 6 months with a view to extend
About the Role We're looking for a Finance Administrator to join our Finance team on a part-time maternity cover basis. Reporting to the Transactional Finance Team Leader, you'll support Accounts Receivable, cashbook administration, customer collections, and supplier invoice query resolution.
What You'll Be Doing
- Raising customer invoices and credit notes

Managing customer accounts and credit control activities

Processing and reconciling cashbook and company card transactions

Allocating customer receipts and supplier payments

Investigating and resolving invoice queries Supporting bank reconciliations and month-end activities

Maintaining accurate financial records and audit trails
What You'll Need
- Experience within a finance or accounting administration role

Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and cashbook processes

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good organisational and communication skills

Ability to investigate and resolve financial queries
Desirable Skills
- Experience using Sage Intacct Accounts Payable experience

Previous experience supporting month-end processes
