We have an exciting opportunity for a Rotational Clinical Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team at London Bridge Hospital, currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC.
London Bridge Hospital is one of the UK’s largest private healthcare hospitals specialising in complex and acute care. Spread over three main buildings and five outpatient centres, it is home to a number of specialist units and teams across a wide range of disciplines including orthopaedic, spinal, digestive diseases, liver, hepatobiliary, renal, cardiothoracic, critical care, cancer and transplant services.
As a Rotational Clinical Pharmacist at London Bridge Hospital, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional, patient-centred care within one of the UK's leading private healthcare providers. Working as part of a highly skilled and supportive pharmacy team, you will help drive the delivery of a safe, efficient and high-quality clinical pharmacy service across the hospital campus, ensuring patients receive the very best pharmaceutical care at every stage of their journey.
This is an outstanding opportunity to develop your clinical expertise across a broad range of specialist services. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, providing expert medicines management advice, supporting safe and effective prescribing practices, and contributing to optimal patient outcomes. As an advocate for excellence in medicines management, you will help promote the appropriate use of medicines, facilitate the use of patients' own medications where suitable, and ensure timely and effective medicines supply throughout the hospital.
The rotational nature of the role offers exposure to a variety of specialist clinical areas, including orthopaedic and spinal surgery, colorectal surgery, gastroenterology, hepatology, cardiology, oncology and haematology, and critical care. This diverse experience provides an excellent platform for professional growth, allowing you to broaden your clinical knowledge while working alongside some of the UK's leading healthcare professionals in a dynamic and innovative environment.
