The Role
- Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Handling remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property matters
- Reviewing titles, raising enquiries and preparing legal documentation
- Advising clients throughout every stage of the transaction
- Liaising with estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders and other solicitors
- Working collaboratively with your support team to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently
What We're Looking For
- A Conveyancer with the ability to manage your own caseload
- Strong technical knowledge across residential conveyancing
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
