Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Maintenance Technician to help maintain and improve our expanding portfolio of properties. This is a varied and rewarding role, perfect for someone who takes pride in high standards and enjoys problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up new properties to ensure they are guest-ready, including furniture assembly, fitting lights, disposing of waste.
- Regularly inspect and maintain our existing portfolio, ensuring all properties are in top condition.
- Maintain property yards, gardens, and outdoor areas to a high standard.
- Respond promptly to emergency repairs and reactive maintenance issues.
- Possible work on an alternating weekend schedule to support business needs.
Experience & Skills Required:
Essential:
MUST DRIVE AND HAVE ACCESS TO A VEHICLE THAT CAN BE USED FOR WORK
- General handywork and maintenance skills
- Decorating (painting, wallpapering, basic repairs)
Desirable: (Qualifications and/or certification preferred)
- Tiling
- Plumbing
- Basic electrical work

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
