Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Customer Service Advisor to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to our clients via various communication channels, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organised, and have a friendly demeanour to foster positive customer relationships. Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish and English, is highly desirable to serve our diverse customer base effectively.
Duties
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
- Perform accurate data entry to record customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints.
- Utilise communication skills to upsell additional products or services where appropriate.
- Analyse customer feedback and interactions to identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in organisational databases.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professional communication at all times.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently whilst maintaining a friendly approach.
- Demonstrated analysis skills for understanding customer needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
- Organised with the ability to work independently within a team setting.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours as scheduled, including evenings or weekends if necessary. This position offers an engaging environment where your interpersonal skills can thrive while supporting our valued customers through professional service delivery.
