The Role
This is a pivotal position supporting our sales designers and senior management with a broad range of administrative responsibilities. You'll be the organisational backbone of the showroom — ensuring every workflow runs smoothly, every order is accurate, and every client interaction reflects the high standards our brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient administrative support to the sales design team and senior management
- Manage and maintain accurate ordering, invoicing and workflow processes
- Plan, organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
- Deliver an exceptional standard of communication with clients, suppliers and colleagues
- Take ownership of tasks and see them through from start to finish
What We're Looking For
- Articulate communicator with excellent written and spoken English
- Strong numeracy and confident IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of ordering and invoicing processes
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
- Self-motivated, with the initiative to work independently
- Good time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- French language skills are a strong advantage
You must live within 30 minutes of our Cheltenham showroom and be comfortable working on-site regularly. This will start as a part-time role with flexible hours and days.
