We are a Cheltenham based specialty espresso bar built upon the principle of doing simple, well. Coffee is what we do. We are looking for someone to join our team, who shares the same passion for coffee as we do.
The ideal candidate must be reliable and be able to work every Sunday. You are someone who can work calmly and independently under pressure, especially during busy periods. You will be joining a dynamic team who always go the extra mile for its customers so you must be highly passionate, driven and self-motivated. The individual must have a passion for specialty coffee and have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar environment.
Your duties will include all barista procedures, opening and closing, till operations, and general all round coffee shop duties.

Barista Skills we are looking for:
- Ability to dial in espresso and filter coffee
- Ability to pour latte art
- Experience working in specialty coffee
- A good knowledge of specialty coffee
