Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building strong client relationships and driving sales growth across our organisation. Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients through proactive outreach and engagement
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and target markets
- Conduct detailed analysis of client needs to tailor solutions effectively
- Utilise Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales progress
- Present product or service offerings persuasively, highlighting benefits aligned with client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals in both English and Spanish where applicable
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market developments
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to team objectives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or related roles is preferred
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and customer insights effectively
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly advantageous
- Fluency in Spanish is essential; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse clients confidently
- Organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a competitive sales environment
