At Abri, we believe great decisions start with great insight. We're looking for an Asset Intelligence & Investment Lead to help us build a clearer understanding of our homes and assets, ensuring we make the right investment decisions for our customers, communities and the future.
This is a strategic role within our Asset Management team, where you'll bring together asset knowledge, data and insight to shape long-term investment plans, manage risk and support sustainable growth. You'll help turn complex information into meaningful intelligence, giving us confidence in how we invest, maintain and improve our homes.
Working closely with colleagues across Asset Management, Finance and the wider business, you'll influence key decisions around asset performance, lifecycle planning, regeneration opportunities and emerging technologies, helping us maximise value and deliver great outcomes for customers. This isn't solely a desk-based role; it also involves site assessments, requiring a good understanding of building technologies.
What we're looking for
We're keen to hear from people with experience in asset management, asset intelligence, property, building surveying or investment planning. You'll be comfortable working with data and financial information, translating complex insights into clear recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
You'll also bring:
-
Experience of investment planning, lifecycle forecasting, financial modelling or business case development.
-
Strong analytical skills and confidence using tools such as Power BI, SQL and Excel.
-
Knowledge of housing asset management, compliance and investment planning.
-
The ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
-
A collaborative, customer-focused approach and a passion for using insight to drive continuous improvement.
Why join us?
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how Abri invests in its homes and communities for years to come. You'll be part of a supportive team, working on meaningful challenges and helping us deliver safe, sustainable homes that make a real difference.
If you're passionate about turning data into insight and using it to influence long-term investment decisions, we'd love to hear from you.
This role offers a mix of desk-based office work and field-based activity. You'll be based from either our Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD), Bracknell office (RG12 1RF), London office (W10 5BN) or Yeovil office (BA22 8WN) for at least three days each week to collaborate with colleagues. The remainder of your time will be split between field-based work and flexible working from another Abri office, home or another suitable location.
We’ll review and interview suitable candidates as they apply. If we receive enough applications, we may close the advert early - so be sure to apply today so you don’t miss out!
