Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness standards by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces regularly
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Follow established health and safety protocols during all cleaning activities to promote a safe environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks to the supervisor promptly
- Adhere to detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all areas meet company standards consistently
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning chemicals is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thoroughness in every task
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around for extended periods during shifts
Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
