Chef Manager - Contract Catering - Marlow - Monday to Friday - Up to £40,000

We're recruiting a personable Chef Manager to lead a brand-new Business & Industry contract near Marlow.

This is an exciting mobilisation, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of a premium staff dining operation from day one. You'll build strong client relationships, shape the food offer and create a welcoming dining experience within a modern corporate environment.

The Role

Lead the day-to-day kitchen operation.
Build strong relationships with the client.
Deliver fresh breakfast, lunch and hospitality.
Create seasonal menus and daily specials.
Manage food costs, ordering and stock control.
Maintain exceptional food quality and food safety standards.
Take ownership of the mobilisation and site development.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience.

About You

Previous Chef Manager or Head Chef experience within Contract Catering or Business & Industry.
Strong fresh food background.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Commercially aware with good organisational skills.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
A hands-on leader who enjoys taking ownership.
Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
