Duties
- Assist residents or clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring dignity and respect at all times
- Support individuals with mobility needs, including helping them move safely around their environment
- Follow detailed care plans to deliver tailored support that meets each person’s unique needs
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, residents, and family members to ensure seamless care delivery
- Use IT systems to update records, document care activities, and track progress accurately
- Support the preparation of meals and assist with feeding when necessary, promoting healthy nutrition
- Drive or accompany clients on outings or appointments as required, ensuring their safety and comfort during travel
Experience
- Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
- Ability to use IT systems for documentation and record keeping efficiently
- Valid driving license is preferred for roles involving home visits or transportation duties
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support others’ well-being and independence

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,009.00 per year
