The Opportunity
We are a friendly, family-run business operating within the automotive industry, looking for an organised and enthusiastic Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our small team in Brackley.
This is a varied role and would suit someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy office, is confident dealing with customers and colleagues, and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly.
As a small team, everyone plays an important part in the business. We’re looking for someone who is happy to get involved, use their initiative and become a valued member of the team.
You don’t necessarily need previous automotive experience – the right attitude, excellent customer service and strong organisational skills are more important to us.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
· Reception duties and providing a friendly, professional welcome to customers and visitors
· Answering and directing telephone calls
· Responding to customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service
· General office administration
· Maintaining accurate records and paperwork
· Data entry and document preparation
· Filing and keeping office systems organised
· Light accounting and bookkeeping duties
· Processing invoices and other basic accounts administration
· Using Sage where required
· Supporting the wider automotive team with administrative tasks
· Helping to keep the office organised and running efficiently
What We’re Looking For

Previous Sage experience would be preferable but is not essential.
Previous experience in office administration, reception, customer service or basic accounts would be an advantage.
Experience within the automotive industry would also be beneficial, but is not essential, as training and support will be provided.
And finally, because we’re a small team who spend a lot of time together, a good sense of humour is essential!
What We Offer
· £27,000–£29,000 salary, depending on experience
· Monday to Friday working
· 8:30am–5:30pm
· No weekend working
