You'll work closely with senior leadership, influence key client relationships, and play an integral role in the continued growth of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the day-to-day commercial property management of a varied mixed-use portfolio.
- Acting as the senior point of contact for a range of high-profile clients and stakeholders.
- Developing and strengthening long-term client relationships through proactive asset and property management.
- Providing strategic property advice to maximise asset performance and income.
- Working collaboratively with asset management, agency, building consultancy and professional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the property management division.
- Mentoring and developing junior team members while helping shape best practice across the business.
About You
We're looking for an experienced commercial property management professional who combines strong technical expertise with commercial awareness and a genuine passion for client service.
You will ideally have:
- Significant experience managing mixed commercial property portfolios.
- MRICS qualification (preferred).
- A proven track record of managing key client relationships.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to enhance portfolio performance.
