Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Coopers of Stortford Office
Type: Full-Time (5 days out of 6, Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver an excellent level of customer service across all interactions.
· Handle complaints and challenging situations calmly and professionally.
· Answer incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner.
· Identify customer needs and provide appropriate support and guidance to provide first time resolution.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and information.
· Consistently follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
· Work as part of the team to ensure all daily tasks are complete.
What We're Looking For:
· Strong PC Skills and confident using online tools and digital platforms.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
· Excellent telephone etiquette and professional communication skills.
· Patient, calm, and courteous when dealing with customers.
· Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
· Able to respond to customer enquiries accurately, and effectively.
