This leading Motor Group is looking for an Auto Centre Manager for their Kingstone Upon Thames branch KT2. The basic would be £37K/£38K, Plus a signing on payment of £1k and a realistic OTE £50K through bonuses, plus a company Car or Allowance. You must be able to help staff, be well organised, have good communication skills and some automotive commercial or management experience. The main responsibilities would be to run the Autocentre with the help of the Assistant Manager. You will be allocating work to the Vehicle Technicians, organising and motivating staff, deal with customers and handle any day-to-day problems that arise to ensure the smooth running of the Autocentre. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. and a day off in the week for Saturday working with every 4th Saturday off.
