Pay rate: £14.18 per hour- Weekly or Monthly Pay Available!
Shift pattern: 08:00am- 18:00pm; 10:00am -20:00pm
Hours: 36 hours
Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence
We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Male Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Poole. This person has Learning Disability, Autism and behaviours that may present as challenging.
The person we support attends attend important activities such as music therapy and hydrotherapy, so you'll need to be confident in water. Whether it’s a day trip, a walk around town, a bit of shopping, or a visit to the park, staying active and engaged is a big part of his routine.

Experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and behaviours that challenge, Autism, Mental Health needs

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A calm, patient, and resilient approach

Confidence in managing and de-escalating challenging situations

Full UK driving licence

Provide person- centred care on a 2:1 basis

Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment
