As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Office Administrative Assistant to support our operations and help deliver an outstanding experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Schedule appointments, quotations, and project bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer records and job information.
- Prepare invoices, and other administrative documents.
- Manage diaries and coordinate schedules for the painting team.
- Handle customer feedback and assist with resolving enquiries or concerns.
- Support general office administration and day-to-day business operations.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, email systems, and basic administrative software.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or office support is preferred but not essential.
- Experience within construction, trades, or property services is an advantage.
- Experience with Sage 50 Accounts and Sage 50 payroll would be an advantage
