We are looking for reliable, compassionate and person-centred Support Workers to join our team across Kirby Cross and Walton-on-the-Naze, supporting individuals with complex care needs in their own homes and within the community.
Working Pattern 1 – Kirby Cross
Salary: £14.00 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working pattern: 5 days per week, including weekdays and every other weekend
Shifts: 7:00am–2:30pm and 2:30pm–10:00pm
This is a 2:1 support role, assisting a gentleman in his own home and supporting him to enjoy a safe, fulfilling and independent life.
He particularly enjoys getting out into the community, including swimming, cycling and walking.
Key requirements:
- Experience supporting people with autism is essential
- Previous experience with trauma-informed care is highly desirable
- Calm, patient and understanding approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred support
- Full UK driving licence is essential
Working Pattern 2 – Walton-on-the-Naze
Salary: £14.00 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday–Thursday, 8:30am–1:30pm
This role involves supporting a gentleman in his own home, helping him to build confidence and access the community.
Key requirements:
- Calm, patient and understanding approach
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Genuine passion for supporting others
- Full UK driving licence is essential
