Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of commercial areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and replenishing supplies as needed
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Operate janitorial equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and polishers efficiently and safely
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines while remaining flexible to accommodate urgent or special cleaning requests
- Keep cleaning supplies organized and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability for daily operations
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards
- Ability to operate various cleaning machinery and tools effectively
