We are looking for a passionate cheesemonger to join our team at our Artisan cheese room in Central Cambridge and support in our restaurant right next door.
In this role, you will be responsible for representing our Cambridgeshire matured cheeses in our Cheesemonger and Restaurant, by providing world class customer service, and customer insight. Caring for our range of 40+ cheeses, packing online orders and maintaining the cheese room and it's inventory. While in the restaurant delivering fantastic customer service to our guests enjoying those cheeses and with the bar serving the award winning d'Arenberg wine range, d'Arry's is a very exciting place to work!

Expectations:
- Solve problems as they arise on shift and be able to use initiative
- Work in a positive manner to encourage a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
- Uphold the licencing objectives and ensure the licence of the premises is protected at all times.
- Maintain a good understanding and practice of Food Safety Regulations, including COSHH, Allergens, SFBB and FIFO
- Remain customer focused at all times by being approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs.
