Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills. This is a full-time position based in our office.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, mailing, and filing
- Answer and direct emails and phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Manage diarys, calendars, schedule reception appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Avanced business manager software
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Up keep general tidiness and cleanliness of office and buildings
- Ocasional collection and delivery of customers vehicles and parts
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles.
- Clean uk driving licence.
