Salary range £31,022 to £32,597 for 39 hours plus Sleep-in shift payment of £68.25 per night which equates to £3,276 for 1 per week over 48 weeks.
Appletree Treatment Centre is a 52-week specialist therapeutic centre with education for children aged 6-12 who have suffered trauma, abuse and neglect. We are proud to remain an independent, family company.
We are looking for a Shift Leader for Willow Bank, Kendal, which is home for 5 children. Internal and external applicants are invited to apply.
You must have relevant experience, NVQ3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent and have:
- A good knowledge of therapeutic care
- Experience of planning activities for children and adults
- Good communication skills
- Practical administration skills
- Experience of leading supervisions
- Ability to plan for large groups and longer periods of time
- A willingness to learn and build their knowledge and experience
- A full UK driving licence
