We are looking for a confident, friendly and passionate Bridal Stylist to join our experienced and award-winning team. This role will be two days a week and Saturdays and school holiday availability are essential!
You’ll be helping us to deliver the excellent level of customer service and bridal appointment experience we’re known for. You will join us at the heart of that experience, spending your time getting to know each customer, understanding their bridal style and helping them feel confident in their choice.
The role will involve working independently with customers during appointments as well as working to support the rest of the team with the running of the boutique including gown preparation, admin and social media content contributions.
Job Description
- Leading each bride through their appointment, using your styling expertise and personal touch to help them find the dress they’ll say ‘yes’ to.
- Keeping up a high standard of communication with our brides throughout their experience with us. From pre-booking to after their wedding date. This will be over the phone, via email, through our social media pages and of course; in person!
- Dressing brides and advising on sizing and alterations (full training will be given).
- Developing an extensive product knowledge of all of our bridal gowns and accessories in order to utilize that expertise to help brides choose gowns to try.
- Helping the team to achieve monthly sales targets through successful appointment outcomes.
- Confidently guiding customers through their purchase including completing our paperwork, processing transactions using the till and ordering systems.
- Helping to support the rest of the team by putting dresses and accessories away, providing customer drinks, clearing and preparing appointment rooms.
- Gown preparation, steaming dresses and unpacking and processing deliveries.
- Maintaining shop display standards and topping-up all of our essentials such as dress bags, hangers and gift bags.
- Recording content for our social media pages including day-to-day ‘behind the scenes’ and delivering to our content team.

- Someone able to convey a level of professionalism which inspires confidence from our customers and who has an eye for detail.
- A passionate individual with a genuine interest in the wedding industry, bridal trends and a keenness to absorb all there is to know about our collection of bridal gowns.
- Someone who is social media aware, in particular comfortable with Instagram and Tiktok and interested in helping to create engaging content.
- A team player who can commit to supporting our existing team and can be relied upon for energy and enthusiasm in a busy working environment.
- Someone who is comfortable in a sales role, happy to make recommendations and help lead customers reach a decision.
Previous Experience
Having worked in Retail, Sales or Customer Service would be a bonus, but isn’t essential. What matters most is having the right personality, being great with people and genuinely wanting to help brides find a dress they feel amazing in!
Essential Availability
- Start date week commencing 2ndth November 2026
- This role is for two days a week (around 16 hours), one of which must be a Saturday. There is some flexibility on which regular weekday is set.
- This is a Saturday-focused role and the successful candidate must be willing and available to work regular Saturdays and be able to work the majority of their regular hours during school holidays. An annual leave entitlement will of course apply.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
