Position Overview:We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. This is a unique opportunity for a talented chef who is dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Live-In Fine Dining Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in crafting our exquisite dishes and ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the head chef and the kitchen team to prepare and execute fine dining menus.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Prepare and cook various dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to maintain excellence in the kitchen.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering.
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety standards are strictly followed.
- Contribute to menu development and innovation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
- A passion for culinary excellence and a creative approach to cooking.
- Strong knowledge of Scottish cuisine is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
