vServices Ltd is looking for professional individual to lead up the development team whilst maintaining a hands-on approach to the development and implementation of web apps / sites for numerous clients.
Education – Bachelor’s degree
Experience – 0-3 years of relevant experience. Candidates with excellent Laravel and end to end mobile application de3velopment and web development experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
To lead all aspects of web development; from concept to delivery for internal and external customers
To ensure that all our products remain competitive in digital arena. Candidate shall be responsible for innovative social media presence of the company and ongoing development of interactive collaboration opportunities for commercial partners
To delegate responsibility and allocate resources amongst project teams to ensure timely and effective results. Candidate must be proficient in handling complex technical projects.
To solve problems in coding, testing and deployment.
To Support and maintain existing websites.
To manage the development of new and existing web projects.
To ensure proper Web server management.
To be responsible for running and backup restoration.
To interact with clients and avail market niches for the company while staying up to date with digital market trends and industry standards.
To manage the Digital expenses & purchases, enhance company’s digital capability and provide digital training to colleagues where appropriate.
Competencies
Strong core PHP knowledge
Strong grasp of JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS (SASS, LESS), SQL on a LAMP stack
Technical know-how of WHM-Cpanel management, DFP ad server and general project management and delivery
Ability to manage Front end/back end development
Ability to communicate effectively and manage teams using agile methodology.
Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution.
