As we continue to expand, we are looking for a conscientious and reliable team player to join our facilities team as a Caretaker.
You would be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the communal areas of a prestigious development in Southend-on-Sea.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Communal Cleaning
- Vacuuming
- Dusting
- Polishing
- Washing down surfaces
- Sweeping
Grounds Maintenance
- Grass cutting
- Hedge trimming
- Strimming
- Weed spraying
- Pruning
- General tidying
Other responsibilities
- Flick testing
- Alarm testing
- AOV testing
- Fault reporting

Previous caretaker experience would be preferred.
