Job Summary
Scarsdale Solicitors is expanding our Criminal Defence team and we’re looking for a motivated, organised and enthusiastic Paralegal to join us. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long‑term career in law, gain hands‑on experience, and work closely with experienced solicitors on real, impactful cases.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and drafting legal documents, case summaries and court bundles
- Conducting research to support case strategy and evidence review
- Managing case files and ensuring documents are accurate and up to date
- Supporting solicitors with day‑to‑day case progression and client communication
- Scheduling appointments, tracking deadlines and maintaining organised records
- Liaising with clients, courts, counsel and external agencies professionally
- Assisting with court submissions and procedural paperwork
- Providing excellent client care and maintaining confidentiality at all times
What We're Looking For
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
- Previous legal or administrative experience is helpful but not essential
- Interest in criminal or motoring law is an advantage
