Support Worker Responsibilities:
- Follow personalised care plans and communicate effectively with clients and professionals
- Provide emotional and practical support to promote wellbeing and independence

- Help with mobility, moving & handling (training provided)
- Deliver personal care with dignity and respect
- Keep accurate records of care and progress
- Encourage positive coping strategies and resilience
