We require motivated ,caring and reliable individuals to support a male client with a spinal cord injury.
PLEASE NOTE EACH SHIFT IS 24 HOURS, PART OF WHICH INCLUDE A SLEEP NIGHT.
- The position is a Zero hours contract however our client will offer a permanent contract for the right applicant
- We are recruiting for Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays
- Hours 9am - 10pm with sleepover hours 10pm until 7.00am/9am
Experience preferred but applicants who are new to the care sector and have the right values and attitudes are welcome as full training will be provided.
Main attributes include a friendly, positive attitude, respect for the clients home, privacy and dignity.
Role includes:
- Assistance with supporting Therapies and Rehabilitation
- Supporting Personal care needs
- Accessing the community, for example, attending appointments and therapy
- Assisting with light household duties
Essential Information:
- Driving Licence Essential. Must be able to drive a Manual Gear Vehicle
- Bank Holiday Enhanced Rates
- The Sleep Night Section of the 24hour shift is paid at a flat rate of £70.00 per night.
- Successful applicants subject to DBS Check and clearance
