Over the coming months, we’re transforming our independent Wine Bar into Journey Wine & Tapas—a relaxed, stylish destination where exceptional wines meet beautiful small plates inspired by Mediterranean flavours.
We’re looking for a passionate and creative Head Chef who wants to be part of this exciting journey from the very beginning.

About the Role
You’ll work closely with the owner to develop a fresh and exciting menu of around 25–30 modern tapas and small plates.
Together we’ll create a kitchen that is simple, efficient and focused on quality rather than complexity.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating food, sharing ideas and building something they can genuinely be proud of.

- Help organise an efficient kitchen workflow.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and presentation standards.
- Assist with recipe development and seasonal specials.

We’re Looking For Someone Who
✔ Has experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef or Senior Chef.
✔ Enjoys Mediterranean, European or modern small plate cuisine.
✔ Loves creating new dishes and experimenting with flavours.
✔ Understands food cost and kitchen organisation.
✔ Can work independently in a small kitchen.
✔ Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people.
