Apprenticeship: Business Administrator Level 3
Working hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
Start date: ASAP
Pay: Minimum apprenticeship wage £8.00 an hour

Requirements:
· Extremely confident and comfortable dealing with clients
· Highly organised with strong attention to detail
· Great at managing emails, deliveries, and multi-tasking
· Strong verbal communication skills
Able to hit the ground running with a proactive attitude
· Someone who lives within reasonable travel distance to Harrow
Responsibilities:
Receiving & Processing Deliveries:
- Check and record incoming deliveries
- Ensure goods are stored safely and correctly
Packaging & Dispatch:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Prepare labels, packing lists, and shipment documents
- Arrange courier collections
Supplier & Customer Communication:
- Request and follow up on supplier pricing
- Update supplier records and pricing on the system
- Raise purchase orders
- Order and return stock
- Manage stock control
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails
Invoicing & Accounts Support:
- Assist with raising invoices and credit notes
- Enter data accurately into the accounts system
- Help chase overdue invoices professionally
Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:
· To not already hold an administration qualification at level 3 or above
· To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
· To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria
Pay: From £8.00 per hour
