- Communicate repair findings clearly to customers, insurance companies, and repair shops
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or repairs that benefit the customer and enhance revenue
- Collaborate with repair technicians and parts departments to ensure timely and accurate repairs
- Deliver excellent customer service by guiding clients through the assessment process and addressing their questions or concerns
- Handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments or deposits related to assessments
