About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Window & Door Installer to join our retrofit team, playing a key role in delivering high-quality window and door installations across social housing communities. We're recruiting for our Tunbridge Wells, Yeovil, and Bournemouth locations, so please specify your preferred base when applying.
In this role, you will be responsible for installing and fitting replacement windows and doors to current Building Regulations and PAS 2030 standards, with the authority to self-certify compliant installations and sign off works under our PAS 2030 accreditation for Measure B3 (energy efficient glazing and doors, including replacement Insulating Glass Units).

Pro-Fit Windows and Doors Installations Ltd holds, PAS 2030:2023 certification for Measure B3 (energy efficient glazing and doors), and all work is carried out in line with current Building Regulations and industry best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and fit replacement windows and doors in residential retrofit properties
- Self-certify installations to comply with Building Regulations under FENSA or CERTASS
- Sign off completed window and door installations under our PAS 2030 accreditation (Measure B3)
- Carry out accurate on-site measuring and surveying where required
- Liaise with site supervisors and project coordinators to ensure work is completed to programme
- Maintain accurate installation records and compliance documentation
- Work safely and in accordance with site health & safety requirements at all times
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ Level 2 in Fenestration Installation (or equivalent City & Guilds/GQA qualification)
- FENSA or CERTASS registered installer, with the ability to self-certify
- Certified to PAS 2030 windows measure, with the ability to sign off installations under our accreditation
- CSCS card (Blue or above)
- Minimum 2 years' proven experience, with verifiable references
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable
- NVQ Level 3 in Surveying (Fenestration)
- Experience working within social housing or retrofit programmes (e.g. ECO, LAD, HUG funded works)
