Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive experience. Due to our kitchen reopening soon, you will be required to serve and clear tables. The 2 rolls are on part time basis leading to full time. You will be required to work any day & evening of the week including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and rest of pub area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during peak hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
- Will be required to do closes independently after training
- Must be over 21 due to role
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for guests.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
