We are seeking a reliable multiskilled tradesperson to carry out repairs and planned maintenance across domestic/commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a range of maintenance and repair works
- Drainage & water supply
- Complete reactive jobs and planned works to a high standard, within agreed timescales
- Work following H&S procedures and using appropriate PPE
- Keep accurate job records (photo's & parts used)
- Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment in good working order; keep work areas clean & tidy
- Provide a professional, courteous service and represent the business positively
Skills & requirements:
- Proven multi-trade experience (ideally 3+ years) in maintenance, housing, facilities, or construction environments
- Competence across several trades; ability to fault-find and complete repairs with minimal supervision
- Full UK driving license (essential)
- Good communication; able to explain works clearly and professionally
- Organised, punctual, and able to manage your workload effectively
