What we’re looking for in our Bartender/Waiter/Waitress Staff...
- You have a natural skill for customer service and a passion for food and drink. Previous experience in hospitality as a waitress/waiter, bartender would be helpful but not essential, as we offer full training.
The main attributes we are looking for are a hands-on approach with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and work in a team. As a member of our team, you’ll bring your life experience to help keep a busy shift calm and help bring the best possible service to our customers.
About us...
We are an independent, family run Hotel, Bar and Restaurant. We have 2 restaurants and a bar area alongside 3 function rooms and so can be very busy with the popularity of the venue increasing constantly. We have a happy group of longstanding team members showing The Crooklands as a very positive workplace. Any new members would be welcomed into our team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take and process orders accurately while providing menu recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and bar areas, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure timely service of meals and beverages.
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
