We are looking to employ an experienced Parts Advisor (Commercial Vehicle) based in our customer's premises. The successful candidate should have a reasonable level of experience sourcing and supplying commercial vehicle parts to end users.
You'll be supporting the technician team by supplying them with commercial vehicle parts quickly and accurately, helping to minimise vehicle downtime.
Location: Runcorn
Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm
What you’ll do:
- Identify and supply HGV / commercial vehicle parts
- Support the workshop and technician team
- Process orders, returns and invoices on both ours and our customers IT systems
- Source parts quickly from suppliers
- Maintain accurate stock control
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in HGV / commercial vehicle parts
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Good attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A full UK driving licence (clean preferred)
- Good IT skills
