We’re looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our busy Residential Sales team in Street, acting as a key point of contact for clients and applicants and helping to deliver a smooth, professional sales experience from start to finish.

About the Role
You will support all aspects of the residential sales process, from applicant registration and viewings through to negotiation and sales progression. This is a varied and busy role, requiring strong organisation, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client care.
Working Pattern: Weekday and weekend availability: Monday to Friday 9:00–17:30, plus alternate Saturdays 9:00–16:00 (Time back in lieu for each Saturday worked)
Hours: Full‑time (37.5 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with market appraisals, viewings and follow‑up activity in line with our professional service standards
- Register applicants and properties for sale, including detailed applicant registration, sales particulars and advertising descriptions
- Provide accompanied viewings, manage keys securely and report feedback promptly
- Deal with day‑to‑day client enquiries in person, by phone and email
- Negotiate sales, liaising professionally with vendors, purchasers and clients
- Carry out regular sales progression, working closely with solicitors, vendors and buyers
- Conduct appropriate reviews with vendors regarding the sale of their property
- Promote other services within Cooper and Tanner and proactively generate financial services leads where appropriate
- Support day‑to‑day office operations and contribute positively to the wider team
Flexibility is essential. This role requires supporting a variety of sales‑related tasks as business needs develop.
About You
Qualifications and Experience
- No formal qualifications required, but strong literacy and numeracy skills are essential for the role
- Residential agency experience advantageous, but not essential
- Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle, insured for business use
