Duties
- Deliver engaging and tailored tutoring sessions in mathematics, emphasizing problem-solving techniques and application strategies specific to Oxbridge entrance exams and interviews
- Assess students’ strengths and areas for improvement, creating personalized learning plans that align with their university aspirations
- Prepare students for challenging mathematical assessments by practicing past papers, mock exams, and interview simulations
- Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, curiosity, and resilience in tackling complex mathematical concepts
- Communicate progress regularly with students and their guardians, providing constructive feedback and actionable advice
- Stay current with Oxbridge admissions requirements, exam formats, and interview techniques to ensure tutoring remains relevant and effective
- Maintain detailed records of student progress, session plans, and achievement milestones
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching mathematics at advanced levels, ideally with a focus on Oxbridge entrance preparation
