We’re growing our Manchester team and looking for a Team Member who brings patience, personality and a practical approach to driving customer engagement. You’ll meet prospective buyers face-to-face at live events and promotional locations across the city, answer their questions, introduce brand options, and represent our clients to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers at active event setups, pop-ups, and customer-facing locations across Manchester
- Answering inquiries clearly, accurately, and with a helpful, friendly attitude
- Guiding customers through products, subscriptions, services, and campaign information
- Listening to prospective customer needs and assisting with direct account registrations on digital tablets
- Ensuring customers feel recognized, informed, and looked after during live interactions
- Supporting the smooth running of on-site promotional activities throughout the day
- Gathering useful campaign feedback and tracking daily conversion metrics with the wider team
- Keeping campaign display areas organized, professional, and inviting
The Person We’re Looking For
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and connecting with diverse audiences
- A clear, confident communicator who listens as well as they speak
- Calm, patient, and professional when things get busy
- Reliable, organized, and happy to take personal ownership of daily targets
- Comfortable working as part of a close-knit, high-energy team
- Available to work full-time on-site across Manchester locations
Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, sales support, or event execution is welcome, but it isn’t essential. We’ll provide comprehensive paid training—you just need to bring the right attitude.
