We are looking for an organised and proactive Mobilisation Administrative Assistant to support the delivery of activities across the Mobilisation team. This role will provide essential administrative support to help build capacity for nature-positive action, while acting as the first point of contact for external enquiries relating to volunteering, the Wild Network and education programmes.
The successful candidate will coordinate bookings for training sessions, workshops, talks and events, manage schedules for delivery staff and training providers, and ensure all associated administration and documentation are completed efficiently. The role also includes supporting financial administration, such as invoicing, supplier set-up and equipment procurement, alongside maintaining event listings across online platforms, including the Trust’s website and Eventbrite.
You will provide excellent customer service through prompt communication and effective coordination, while also assisting with monitoring, reporting and feedback collection to support future planning and evaluation. In addition, the role will involve general office administration to support the wider Mobilisation and Nature Recovery teams.
We are looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous administrative experience and confidence in using digital systems and online platforms are essential, alongside a positive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
