We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our end-of-tenancy cleaning team for a three-week project focused on student accommodations in Gloucester. The project dates are July 3rd, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 21st, 22nd, and 23rd. The successful candidates will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning properties to meet high standards for incoming tenants. While previous cleaning experience is preferred, we welcome positive individuals who are open to retraining and eager to take pride in their work.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive cleaning of student rental properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and communal areas.
- Bag up rubbish and organize waste disposal in accordance with local regulations.
- Perform deep cleaning of entire properties, including ovens, carpets, and appliances.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of dirt, dust, and grime.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper and cleaning products where necessary.
- Report any damages or maintenance issues identified during the cleaning process.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times during cleaning tasks.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards within allocated time frames, typically working 8-9 hour days, although some days may be shorter.
Skills
- Previous deep cleaning experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic customer service skills to interact politely with tenants or property managers when required.
Pay: £12.75-£15.50 per hour
