The Department of Statistics has a fantastic opportunity for a Research Finance Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting time to join the finance team as we expand our team to accommodate increasing student numbers and implement departmental and university wide initiatives in the pursuit of service excellence.

You should be educated to at least A-level standards with excellent communication, administration and IT skills, and a strong customer service ethos. You will be a highly organised team player and can juggle a varied and demanding workload, proactively working to deadlines. You will also need to have a head for figures and great attention to detail, as the role will involve financial management of grants and contracts.

The Department has close relations with the co-located Mathematics Institute and Department of Computer Science and with other departments such as Economics and the Warwick Business School and is strongly engaged with the Alan Turing Institute in London. The newly established Warwick Centre for the Applications of Mathematical and Computing Sciences (CAMaCS) is a joint initiative with Mathematics and Computer Science designed to link Warwick’s world-leading research in the departments with external partners and bring benefits to society through impact.
